1. Why don't you ship to other countries?

Shipping rates from St. Lucia to other parts of the world, including neighboring islands are extremely high. However, this is something that we are currently working on.

 

2. I don't have a Bank of St Lucia or Republic Bank account; can I still transfer from my bank?

Sure! please contact your bank directly to enquire about the process. transfers from other banks can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. 

 

3. If I pay via Bank Transfer, how do you know it's from me?

Once transfer is processed, please send us a WhatsApp message to #724 1020, please include your Name, Order # and Amount sent.

 

4. Why can't I pay online using my card!

As a local brand, we list our prices in Eastern Caribbean Dollars to make it easy for our customers to understand and compare prices and to avoid passing on unnecessary conversion fees to you. At this time, instore payments are more cost-effective for everyone involved. We are exploring ways to make online payments easier whilst still using EC Dollars

 

5. If I place an order for pickup, how soon do I have to pay?

Payments for instore pickup are due within 24hrs. If you are no longer interested in the item, please request your order be cancelled.

 

6. Where should I pick up my order?

Your order can be picked up at any one of our 2 locations below. Please leave a note letting us know which location is most convenient for you.

7. Why don't you offer delivery?
We are currently working on finding a suitable delivery option for you. in the meantime, we would love to see you in person when you pick up your order!
